At my house I have two trees each year.  Our family tree that is a conglomeration of family ornaments and ornaments my girls' have made through the years.  My other tree is a theme tree which I change the theme of every year.  I have only been doing a theme tree for about the last four years. This is because my DH said "Now that we live in a house where there is room, you should so have that theme tree you have always wanted"....YAY DH, what a guy he is!!!!!  So this year my tree is deep blue, silver, and snowmen.  I couldn't think of what I wanted for the top.  Then I came across this beautiful blue velvet ribbon and decided to just make a box for the top.  I keep trying to get it to make curls as it flows down but just like P.S. He Loves You's kids I am saying leave that alone a lot to Miss Busy Body so it is flowing instead of curling.  Head on over to We Are THAT Family (link on my sidebar) and link up your tree too.  Hope you all are ready for the holidays!  I got my last two presents and picked up stocking stuffers today YAY, I am all done.  Just need a few ingredients for our Chrsitmas dinner we are hosting with friends at our house.
