I don't make New Year's Resolutions but....

  • Mood:
  • Weather:
  • What's For Dinner: , broccoli, , black eyed peas
there are some things I would love to work on in the coming year!

1. To have a closer more intimate spiritual walk with Christ that carries over into everything I do.

2. I want to be more consistent with my workouts, my water intake, and making sure to remember to take my vitamins (basically be more healthy).

3.  To help my girls' work toward their goals this year.

4.  To have as calm and positive a year as possible.

5.  To be open to being involved in whatever avenues the Lord places before me.

6.  I want to make some lasting memories (and scrap book them with my girls' this year....we are   currently planning a Spring Break camping trip in one of five places.

As for day one of the new year we have been busy today.  We did the regular cleaning and laundry.  We have a pot of black eyed peas on to go with dinner.  We also got my curtains washed and rehung in my bedroom.  We got the bathroom cleaned and the kitchen mopped.  Diva and I ran to the store for a few things and picked up pizza for lunch while we were out. I am currently watching a Bones marathon (YAY).  Later we are gonna try to watch a movie and maybe play a game, a nice night on the home front I think.
